Our Beliefs
The Essentials We Believe The Trinity
  • There is only One God who has revealed Himself in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The three persons of the Triune God are Co-Equal and Co-Eternal. (Matthew 28:18-20, John 14:23, 2 Cor. 13:14)
The Deity of Christ
  • Jesus of Nazareth was God in human flesh. Conceived by the Holy Spirit through the virgin birth, He is both fully God and fully man.
    (John 1:1-14, Hebrews1:1-14, Philippians 2:5-11)
  • Jesus was publicly declared to be God’s Son through His resurrection from the dead and will return bodily to this earth.
    (Romans 1:4, 1Cor. 15)
The Sufficiency of the Death of Christ
  • Jesus’ death upon the cross is a once-and-for-all substitutionary atonement for all sin for all time. It is absolutely and completely sufficient to satisfy God’s punishment for man’s sin.
    (Isaiah 53, 2 Cor. 5:21, Hebrews 10:1-18, 1 Peter 3:18)
Salvation by Grace Alone Through Faith Alone
  • Salvation from sin’s penalty is a gift from God made available through Christ’s death upon the cross. It is received by faith and is not the result of man’s good works.
    (Romans 3:21-4:25, Ephesians 2:8-10)
The Necessity of the New Birth
  • Salvation begins when man is made alive to God by the power of the Holy Spirit.
    (John 3:3-8, Titus 3:5, 1 Peter 1:22-25)
The Ministry of the Holy Spirit
  • The Holy Spirit baptizes the believer into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. He indwells, empowers and gifts the believer for service in the Body of Christ.
    (1 Corinthians 12:13, Acts 1:8, 1 Peter 4:10-11)
The Reality of Final Judgment
  • All men will give an account to God for the things done while in the body.
    (2 Corinthians 5:10; Revelation 20:11-15)
