As Valencia Hills Community Church continues to grow, there is a need for more leaders within the different ministries and aspects of the church. Thinking you may not be the type of leader we're looking for? Here are some examples:

   
Someone who has never taught a Bible study, but they have had some interest in learning about leading a group.

Someone who volunteers with a small group of kids in Awana or Sunday School, but want to further develop their skills of leadership and influence.

 

A care volunteer who not only wants to meet with someone one-on-one, but may also want to start a new care group.

 

Someone who has had many leadership roles over the years at Valencia Hills but wants to grow in their impact on others for God’s glory.
