One of the four pillars of our church is to be Mission Engaged - striving to take the love of Jesus to our community, our nation, and our world.

missions partnerships

Ninos Con Fe

One of our biggest partnerships is with Ninos Con Fe Orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico. The mission behind this Christian organization is to care for children in situations of abuse or poverty by giving them tools to overcome their social condition and empowering them to become more self-sufficient and positive influences in their society. Our bi-monthly mission trips help provide over twenty-five orphans with opportunities to learn about Jesus through activities, Bible sermons, and worship. It also provides us with opportunities to help them be witnesses to their own families, friends, and community. If you would like to get involved, please email pastorrandy@valenciahills.com

Bridge To Home

BTH, Santa Clarita’s homeless shelter, bridges the gap for the homeless, from the streets to the shelter to permanent housing. Along the way they also help provide social services, vocational assistance, and other programs to help them transition back into society. We have the privilege of coming alongside this ministry each month by preparing home-cooked meals. If you would like to get involved in serving or cooking the meals,
please email pastorrandy@valenciahills.com

Hope Gardens

Hope Gardens is a ministry of Union Rescue Mission for senior women and single moms. Hope Gardens provides transitional housing and programs while the women are there. VHCC serves Hope Gardens through two ministry opportunities – one for the senior women and one for single moms. Once a month, a group of women from VHCC visit with the senior women, many of which do not have local family members or any family connections. We spend time listening to their stories, encouraging them with scripture, and even doing crafts together. If you would like to get involved, please email lilium@valenciahills.com

SBC Cooperative Program

One of the ways we support missionaries around the world is through the SBC Cooperative Program. As churches throughout our nation give, we are able to mobilize 3600 global missionaries, spreading the Good News of the Gospel throughout the world. Part of these funds are also given to theological education ministries, helping teach the Word of God to future leaders, pastors, and disciple makers.
